Blend was founded in 2023 by Stephen Gee and Jeff Tepel with a vision to synchronize the world of community to match the way business gets done today. Our mission is to support senior leaders in some of the worlds most trusted companies to break down industry and functional silos, to find the power that exists in difference of thought and perspective. Our community encourages cognitive diversity and we believe through effective peer networking, we can accomplish great things.
