Membership Requirements

 

At Blend, we are dedicated to fostering a community of accomplished professionals who share a commitment to leadership and professional growth. Our membership criteria ensure a cohesive environment of peer support and valuable connections. To become a part of Blend's vibrant network, applicants are evaluated based on the following criteria:

Senior Leadership Responsibility

  • Hold significant leadership responsibilities within your organisation.

  • Demonstrate experience in roles that involve decision-making, strategy, and team management.

Professional Title and Experience

  • Typically hold titles equivalent to or akin to CXO, SVP, or similar executive positions

  • Show a track record of progressive leadership roles, responsibilities, and career advancement.

Company Size and Reporting Structure:

  • Work in companies of 5000+ employees or $500mil + revenue

  • Reporting structure within a specified range from the CEO, adjusted based on company size and structure.

Team Management Experience:

  • Showcase experience in managing teams, with a minimum number of full-time employees managed, adaptable to company size.

  • Demonstrate a career trajectory that includes roles with increasing responsibilities and scope over time.

Exception for Smaller Businesses 

  • For employees of smaller businesses with under 5000 full-time employees:

  • Recent experience within the last two years should meet other membership criteria.
